Cut-off time is 10 AM each working day. Submissions after this will be processed on next working day.

How to Withdraw?

  1. Download Withdrawal Form.
  2. We accept physical scan copy or digital withdrawal form.
  3. Bank details and signature MUST EXACTLY match Phillip Capital record.
  4. Partial withdrawal will be received within the same day to 3 working days.
  5. Withdraw ALL takes 2 to 3 working days.
  6. During withdrawal, if your remaining Account Equity is less than RM100, Phillip Capital will consider it as withdraw ALL.
  7. To remain Phillip Nova login access, Account Equity must have a minimum RM150.

How to Know Your Maximum Withdrawal Amount?

The maximum withdrawal amount is determined by comparing the two positive figures below. You can only withdraw the smaller amount.

1. In the Trading Platform, check the Available Margin*.

* If you have position(s) with special margin, please calculate the Available Margin based on Bursa margin, but not on special margin.

VS

2. In the latest Daily Statement, check the positive figure under Margin Ex/Def.


Signature Must Match Phillip Capital Record.
Example: This is the original signature from the Account Opening submission.

Example: This is the signature on the Withdrawal Form. Since both signatures are different, the withdrawal will be REJECTED.
