A dormant account refers to an account that has been inactive (No trading activity) for 3 months or more.

There is no inactivity fee but if an account becomes dormant, Phillip Capital has the right to remove the trading access due to security concerns.

If your trading access is removed, please follow simple steps below to reactivate.

How to Reactivate a Dormant Account?

1. Submit Consent Letter
2. Submit Update Particular Form
3. Bank in minimum RM1,000 with transaction receipt. This will be your account equity once the account has been successfully reactivated.
